FAVERSHAM SAFARI
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the participation and activities at the Faversham Safari ("Safari"). By participating in the Safari, all sellers and attendees agree to abide by these Terms. The Safari is organised by The Faversham Safari ("Organiser").

2. Seller Registration
2.1 Eligibility: All sellers must complete the registration process in order to be included in the event.
2.2 Fees: A non-refundable registration fee of £6.50 must be paid upon registration. All proceeds go directly to the Faversham Creek Trust.

3. Safari Operations
3.1 Location and Time: The Safari will be held in Faversham town on Sunday 4th August 2024 from 9am to 4pm.
3.2 Setup and Teardown: Sellers can set up their stalls at any time during the day of the event.

4. Seller Responsibilities
4.1 Stall Appearance: Sellers must maintain a clean and professional appearance for their stalls.
4.2 Product Quality: All products sold must comply with any relevant safety standards.
4.3 Conduct: Sellers must conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner at all times. Offensive or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
4.4 Insurance: Sellers are responsible for their own liability insurance if necessary.

5. Health and Safety
5.1 Compliance: Sellers must comply with all health and safety regulations applicable to their products.
5.2 Fire Safety: All sellers must have a fire extinguisher if using any heat source or electrical equipment.

6. Prohibited Items
6.1 Restricted Products: The sale of illegal, counterfeit, or hazardous items is strictly prohibited.
6.2 Objectionable Material: Any materials deemed inappropriate or offensive by the Organiser are not allowed.

7. Payment and Refund Policy
7.1 Payments: All payments for registration and stall fees must be made through our website or directly to the Faversham Creek Trust.
7.2 Refunds: No refunds will be given

8. Weather Policy
The Safari will proceed rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event. Sellers will be notified as soon as possible.

9. Liability
9.1 Damage and Loss: The Organiser is not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of seller property.
9.2 Injury: Sellers participate at their own risk. The Organiser is not liable for any injury sustained by sellers or anyone on or near their property.

10. Amendments
The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any substantial changes will be communicated to sellers in a timely manner.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Safari will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in England.
By registering for the Faversham Safari, Sellers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
